Fees are charged per session. A session lasts for 50 - 60 minutes (unless otherwise agreed. Please get in touch for current fees.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 48hrs notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled after that time will incur the full session fee. This is because less than 48 hours is insufficient time to book someone else into that appointment slot.

Lateness Policy

It is expected that the session will begin at the agreed time. Any session that begins after this time due to late arrival for any reason cannot be extended beyond the agreed finish time. The charge for the session will still be as contracted and payable at the full session rate. Sessions attended more than 15mins late will not go ahead however will be fully chargeable. We operate a non-refundable policy
