Fees are charged per session. A session lasts for 50 - 60 minutes (unless otherwise agreed).

Cancellation Policy

When an appointment is made with you, that space will be specifically for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, please telephone or email to rearrange. Cancellation charges: please allow 24hrs notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, appointments cancelled after that time will incur the full session fee. This is because less than 24 hours is insufficient time to book someone else into that appointment slot.

Lateness Policy

It is expected that the session will begin at the agreed time. Any session that begins after this time due to late arrival for whatever reason cannot usually be extended beyond the agreed finish time. The charge for the session will still be as contracted and payable at the full session rate. We operate a non-refundable policy
